The first floor is entirely given over to a luxurious suite, comprising a romantic double bedroom with fireplace, a walk-in wardrobe, a sitting area, a sumptuous en-suite shower room and a fabulously panoramic shaded terrace looking out to sea. The ground floor is given over to both living and sleeping areas. To one end are two bedrooms, a double and twin sharing a shower room. Both have access to shady panoramic terraces. The accommodation at the lower ground floor also includes: • an extremely comfortable TV room with a triptych of white sofas, surround sound and a bar • a small library room with a built-in day bed, perfect for reading and relaxing • a good-sized double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room.

Smooth concrete flooring in a light earthy tone gives way to soft hued stone walls which rise to white-washed wood-beamed ceilings.Furniture and furnishings are perfectly in tune with the ambiences they inhabit, and the overall sensation is of informal summery sophistication. The beautifully furnished split-level living area comes complete with built-in cushioned sofas, a stylish designer armchair, a fireplace, tailor-made wooden cabinetry, views out to sea, and access to the dreamy main terrace via a pair of French windows. The house is entirely cooled by air-conditioning system, and you can enjoy music inside and outside by a central music system.Pets are allowed upon request. Parties and events are not alowed. Smoking is not allowed.
